Bubleskin Return Policy
At Bubleskin, we want every customer to feel fully satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, you would like to return or exchange a product, please review our return policy below.
Returns for damaged or defective items
If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We will arrange a return and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
Returns for exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product for a different model, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for return shipping fees (unless the exchange is due to a quality issue). The replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost once the original item is received in unused, original condition and packaging.
Returns for reasons other than defects
We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned in the original packaging
- Free from signs of wear or use
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used, opened, or show signs of wear.
Return process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@bubleskin.com. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Return conditions
- The item must be in its original packaging and unused condition.
- All accessories, manuals, and additional items included with the original order must also be returned.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

European Union 30-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return your purchase within 30 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
